- 60% to youWhen your piece sells, you receive 60% of the sale price.
- 90 daysPieces are listed for 90 days. If a piece hasn't sold, you can renew it, adjust the price, or take it back.
- All-inclusive serviceWe pick your piece up from your home, handle professional photos, the listing, and all buyer messages, and deliver it to the buyer. You arrange nothing.
- You approve the priceNothing is listed until you agree to the asking price.
- What we acceptVintage and quality furniture and decor in good condition.

The Curated Room began with a simple belief: the most interesting rooms aren't bought in a day. They're gathered over years — a chair with a previous life, a table that has hosted a hundred dinners, a lamp with exactly the right patina.
We find those pieces, verify their stories, and introduce them to the homes where their next chapter begins. Nothing mass-made, nothing anonymous. Just exceptional objects, honestly described, moving from one careful owner to the next.
